Won’t let me edit or delete a review, it just says “error 400.”

For some reason it won’t let me edit, delete or do an anything to my review on the tv series The Last of Us. Anytime I try to do anything it just says “error 400.” I don’t have a reference number because it’s from January 23, 2023. I want to delete it and post a new review so I’d appreciate it if you could help me out. Thanks!

I don’t understand why you can’t see it because it’s there. You can go to my reviews or to The Last of Us page and find it. I rated it a 9 on January 23, 2023 and my headline is “I enjoy it so far.”  Here’s a screen shot from my reviews.

@Michelle​ Trying to report this review (just attempted, was not gonna report) also produces 400 error. Try to click "Report this" button on this review and it will give error page.

This is not a new thing though, I sometimes see this on different reviews when I try to report them. I encountered this 3 or 4 times before. (and no, when a review is not "deletable" or "reportable", it does not fix itself after a while, it stays undeletable and unreportable unless staff manually does something)

@Michelle​ it’s doing it on both the app and on the website. It just keeps saying “error 400” no matter what I try.

Thanks for confirming these additional details.  I was able to replicate the error and I've filed a ticket to the appropriate team for further investigation (#P87704458). I'll reply once we receive further information.
