Wondering why iMDB rejected my plot outline and allowed the current plot outline to remain

I provided a plot outline edit for the series "Citadel: Diana". Here is what I submitted:

"In 2030 Milan, an undercover agent for the global spy agency Citadel is trapped behind enemy lines as a mole in the powerful enemy syndicate Manticore."

My plot outline edit was rejected for English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and French, but was accepted for Hindi. And the outline is the same for all languages. So that's odd. Not to mention, the current plot outline doesn't even describe the actual plot of the series. It advertises Amazon Prime's streaming service and the production company AGBO created by the Russo Brothers, including a phrase that Amazon has been using to market the show ever since the teaser trailer dropped, which is totally subjective and not grounded in reality... "the groundbreaking global-event series"... aka jibberish.

The current plot outline is as follows:

"Italian chapter of the Citadel universe, the groundbreaking global-event series from Prime Video and the Russo Brothers' AGBO."

How is this even an acceptable plot outline in the first place? The only words that actually describe the plot are "Italian chapter of the Citadel universe". So iMDB has allowed a plot outline that is 30% plot and 70% marketing for a "groundbreaking" series that has a 6.2 on iMDB and a 51% on both Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic. Imagine if the plot outline said "Italian chapter of the Citadel universe, the boring big-budget low-imagination series from a bunch of people who write very uninteresting stuff that explodes on the screen"... (at least that would actually be tied to a movie critic from The Economist).

Anyways... my receipt # is 240916-160435-884000. Is it possible to edit the current plot outline?

Thank you for any help you can give!
