Will my short film title appear with question marks in the title?

Hi everyone. I'm trying to submit my short film as a new title but it's currently showing with question marks after it. This is how it appears

Red Sky at Night (????/II)

Is this how it will appear once I submit it? or will the question marks and numbers go away?

I'm assuming from other questions on here that the question marks are the date. My film is currently in post-production so it hasn't given me an option that I can see on the application form to add a release year, but the release year will be this year.
