Will IMDb use AI to add data and verify the user-submitted data?

While we actively gather information from and verify items with studios and filmmakers, the bulk of our information is submitted by people in the industry and visitors. In addition to using as many sources as we can, our data goes through consistency checks to ensure it's as accurate and reliable as possible.

We are always looking for ways to better serve our customer; however we do not detail the specific sources or technologies we currently or in the future may utilize, to ensure the security and accuracy of our systems and the information we provide.
