Why would it says 'processing declined' when the reviews had already been up and live for some time?

Hi there,

We published/covered The Last of Us previews, I know it was working because of the traffic for quite some time, but when I randomly looked today, ours had vanished from the external reviews and checking processing, it says declined - which seems impossible, as it'd already been out there for a while?

Have been an IMDb user for 20 years+, but never had this issue - why doesn't it say if someone else removed it/or what actually happened?

I've since re-added it as a new contribution, but the report on that doesn't make sense as it was live for at least a week or two, and we don't usually have things removed. Unless someone else deleted it?

I have taken a look at this submission and it was a processing error from our part that I have now escalated as the review was submitted correctly to the parent page of the series, therefore, it was fine.

Apologies for this and thank you for reporting it to us, we appreciate it.

As per the re-submission, I can see that is now approved and already back on the site for "The Last of Us" (2023-).
