Why won't IMDb delete false credit

I have a few false credits that I've tried to delete over the years and IMDb won't remove them.  These Filmmakers also keep lying about when they're filming to push their films to the top.  When I supply evidence of actual work, (contracts, screenshots, payment, emails) they refuse to credit me but will readily accept false credits.  It's frustrating and I don't understand why IMDb isn't held accountable for false information and failure to provide the service they're offering.  If they won't fix this then surely there is a body we can complain to?

Hello Kasey,

Can you post the 18-digits submission reference number for the rejected submissions? in order to take a look for you.

You can find your submission history in your Contribution History page.

Hi @Kasey,

Thank you for the references. Although these are submission references that you haven't completed and submitted, they are in your Saved Updates in your Contribution History. You will need to submit these credit deletions and also provide sufficient evidence to support their removal. Please see our Help guide for more on information being removed from IMDb.

I can however inform you that your recently declined contribution - related to the first saved submission reference (240910-233122-226200) - was correctly declined. We have verified that your name does not appear in the on-screen credits for this title, and therefore the credit should remain as is, with the "(uncredited)" attribute, per our credits guidelines.

Please let us know if you face any further issues with any of the above saved submissions.

I hope this helps!
