Why were my still images declined?

Hello, I'm trying to add details for a short film I did for the United Nations in 2011. I've been adding some still images. One got approved but two got declined. The official reason is "Does not meet contribution guidelines." but I can't see how they breach the guidelines. They are very tame and fit all the criteria.

The contribution numbers are:

• #220113-050324-533502

Please reconsider the decision or let me know what I can do to make the images meet the guidelines. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
