Why was my submission of the middle name of an actress rejected?

I looked up the actress Chelsea Rendon on the IMDB at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0719371 and saw that her middle name wasn't listed.  I checked the California Birth Index for her and found her at  https://www.californiabirthindex.org/birth/chelsea_noreen_rendon_born_1993_22475793 which lists her middle name as Noreen.  It's not a pay site or one you have to subscribe to, so it should be acceptable.  My submission was made on May 30, 2021 and was submission  #210530-233521-209000.  I just found out that it was rejected as "Unable to Verify".  Can someone tell me why it was not accepted?  I've used this site before for DOB and middle names to submit to the IMDB and they were not rejected.  Has something changed?  Is this site no longer considered acceptable?
