Why was my review declined?

After 4 days my first review ever was declined. Reason: Does not meet eligibility criteria.

What was the problem? This explanation is really foggy. My review was:

I am writing my very first IMDB post for my all-time favourite series. I started re-watching the X-Files a while ago, slowly but surely making progress. I'm currently on season four. This series holds a special place in my heart, being a defining part of my childhood, which adds a strong nostalgic element to my re-watching experience. As an adult viewer, the first season left me somewhat disappointed, I didn't like many episodes, but the second season had a significant improvement. I gave the show a solid 9 out of my cherished childhood memories, but maybe that will change by the time I get to the end of the original series.
