Why was my contributions declined?

My last 3 submissions where declined on the grounds that they believe that they contain inaccurate information in spite of me having links to the official site of the company that made the series and the cast and crew of each episode. They also declined one of the headline actors for the release even though her name is on the cover of the physical release. No further infomation on why they disbelieve my official information and links has been given. If anyone can give me some reason why this is then please explain it to me.

Hi jonathan_wiking-

Thank you for posting the submission reference numbers! I took a look at them and they were rejected because of the lack of supporting evidence as the link attached is an unverifiable source.

In order to get filmography credits added and for our editors to verify the information, additional supporting evidence needs to be submitted within the contribution. Depending whether it is credited on screen or not, there are different types of evidence that can be submitted. For example:

  • Screengrabs when credited on screen (credit roll)
  • If the title is unreleased or the person is not listed in the end credits: call sheets, receipts, contracts, third party news articles...

In this case, I encourage you to re-submit these credits with supporting evidence.

For more detailed information on credit verification, you are welcome to review the following help guide How can I submit additional verification for a credit submission?

Cheers!

@Maya I'm sorry but what do you mean that it is an "unverifiable source"? It is the official site of the company that made the show! And how am I supposed to find actors contracts for something this obscure? And since there is no screen to grab from outside of the physical release ( And all the information om the cd can be found on the site too) then I can't do anything outside of contacting the company directly. Maybe they should be in charge of submitting the information, even if you find their word unreliable they have a greater chance of convincing you.
