Why people appearing in a poster is not arranged in order?
Even if we arrange the people appearing in a film poster in the order of appearance, IMDb rearranges it randomly when the poster is finally approved. What is the criteria? How to arrange in order?

You can't arrange them. They are ordered by the nm-number in the url. Example: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000001/ .
