Why my new title by Tarantino rejected again?

Its short film made by Tarantino and Robert Rodriquez in 2006 for Coend brothers - "no country for old men". I literally gave your moderators 4 VIDEO links WHERE Josh Brolin talks about it with Coen Brothers, then Coen Brothers talks about it alone, many articles. Why i need to go to this forum cause your moderators are "not smart"? (its the same situation whern i asked on forum to add Taranntino rare film. First one was Reservoir dogs Sundance film from 1991 where your moderatoprs decline it - then added it after i waste my time on this forum.
