Why is the film Persona by Ingmar Bergman with a score of 8.1 out of 133 thousand votes not among the top 250 films, while films with a score of 8 are among the top 250 films?!

Thanks for the reply man, but unfortunately there was nothing clear in those FAQs and I really couldn't figure out why Persona wasn't on the list.
