Why is this movie not in Lowest Rated Movies?
My question is about this movie: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt6038600/It's a Polish propaganda flick, which apart from being one, is simply a bad movie. It has neatly 5000 reviews and an weighted average of 1.1. Yet it is not included here: http://www.imdb.com/chart/bottom. The worst movie here is a Turkish propaganda flick with a score of 1.5.The page states that "to be included on the list, a movie must receive ratings from at least 1,500 users." The movie I mentioned has almost 5000 reviews. So, to recap - why is that movie not in that list?

All of the charts ratings (like top 250 and bottom 100, or whatever they call them now) are based off of a "weighted rating" which puts the "actual rating" and a bunch of other things into a formula. A movie's rating on a chart is usually not the same as what you see on its title page. They also only count votes from "regular users" which could be a factor in this case.

is this formulat secret? this justin bieber movie https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1702443/ has almost 75,000 votes, but its directed by famous/successful director John Chu... i suspect this `formula` excludes movies paid to be excluded. its a racket! #conspiracytheory
