Why is my critic review not being accepted.

I have been trying numerous times to add a critics review on IMDb external reviews. However, it keeps being deleted. Could you please inform me of what to do, as the one that was accepted was not the actual link to the review.

Here is the response from my receipt sent to my email: Your contribution has been declined. We did not capture a specific reason during processing.

Could you please explain to me why this is not being accepted, as I am doing it the same way I have always done, and for some UNKNOWN reason it keeps getting declined. I have tried numerous times and it's not working. This has been going on for 3 days now. Is there a problem with the URL?
