The name has been changed back to Amber Heard, but I'd really like to know how the correction got through.

Had to make an account because it seems people are buying this.

It seems more like a PR stunt from her new PR team (she fired the previous one...). In order to gather sympathy because she IS a terrible individual and it’s hard to get a good rep after all the circus she did. Similar to the tears photoshopped on New York Post, which was then removed as it backfired and showed yet another pathetic lack of journalism honesty.

I very much doubt anyone would waste time on editing her page, especially if they could lose their job.

IMDb should do internal investigation about the name change. If true, how can it be possible? Also, strick monitoring on both name pages of Heard and Depp. A certain integrity should be maintained by the IMDb.

It looks like people are also abusing this page: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13322230/reviews

Hi Librarian11 & All -

An inaccurate user contribution was erroneously accepted by our system and was visible on the site for a very brief period of time. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we took immediate action to address it.

We are implementing additional stricter checks to reduce the risk of content like this from being submitted and published in the future.

Since you locked this thread, can't post this there: https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/why-is-amber-heard-called-amber-turd-on-this-site/6276cee408447e7c963f1455

Apparently, this title page is still a target: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13322230/

Check recently added image and review

It was mentioned on that previous thread and you apparently "implemented additional stricter checks", still this happens, I feel imdb's "steps to prevent things" never actually works in most cases.

Note: This comment was created from a merged conversation originally titled about that incident
