WHY DOESN'T CUSTOMER SERVICE LISTEN TO MY REQUEST??
ON OUR IMDB PAGE WE LIST BOTH ATTORNEYS AS REPS FOR EACH OF OUR CLIENTS. I REQUESTED THIS NUMEROUS TIMES AND IT IS STILL NOT CORRECTED. ONLY ONE ATTORNEY IS LISTED ON SEVEN CLIENTS. IF YOU CHECK YOUR RECORDS, YOU CAN SEE MY MANY REQUESTS. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME???????

As I understand the issue, you are trying to add a second representative to your clients' pages, is that correct? In order for our staff to investigate further, can you post the recent 18-digit submission reference numbers associated with your updates?

hi michelle! yes that's what i need. both attorneys names need to be listed for each client. i just checked and it is still not correct. i couldn't find the submission reference numbers and don't know if this helps:
