Why does this location correction keep getting rejected?

Release Date section shows this film as having shown at the Raindance Film Festival on June 24. This is correct, based on the website:

However, it shows that this festival was in the United States when it is not, it's in the UK: https://raindance.eventive.org/schedule

I have submitted to correct this entry from USA to UK twice and it keeps being rejected as "Does not meet contribution guidelines." Why?
