Why does my mini biography submission keep getting declined?

I have been trying to submit an updated and more accurate mini biography for my wife's IMDb page. The original biography didn't fairly reflect her career and what she is known for. For instance it cites that she is best known for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory when she only appeared for 30 secs in a non speaking role. I have updated the biog to give more of an insight into her personal history and include roles which actually made a difference to her career. And have included more accurate information about her upbringing and training especially her links to the RSC. As actors we constantly battle misrepresentation so to have her biography more accurate especially on an industry standard website such as IMDb is important . Therefore she would like to have her mini biography updated. My submission has been declined numerous times but I'm not told why! Just to look at the submissions guidelines (which are very long). So I've gone back and forth making tweaks but each time I just get 'declined'.  I've gone through the guidelines with a fine comb and satisfied all the criteria. I've addressed suggested questions as per the guidelines: Where did the person grow up? Which school did they attend? How were they discovered? What was their debut? What was their breakthrough? And I've adhered to the key points: All bios must: be written in English All bios should be in the third person: "they attended", not first person: "I attended" The minimum length for a mini-bio is 50 words Write in a sentence structure and not in a resume format Don't use block capitals You must submit personal quotes to the personal quotes section You must submit website URLs to external sites (names) however linking to a title or name page on IMDb is acceptable You must submit dates of birth to the date of birth section It is our policy not to remove biographies in their entirety, unless we receive an updated or amended version of a similar length Replacing a biography that contains a good deal of background information with one containing almost no bio information (i.e. only includes their credits) will be considered the same as attempting to delete a biography As with all data, we reserve the right to edit or reject biographies. And still my submissions get blanket 'declined'. Is there a way of getting human feedback for the reason my submissions have been 'declined' then I'm more than happy to adjust in accordance.
