Why does 'Germany: 0' appear as 'Germany'

  I recently submitted a certificate for a video game. In it I included the rating Germany: 0, however when I checked the contribution it just said 'Germany'. Is this intentional because it got accepted even with the visual bug. I've also included an image of the submission with the other rating in the submission.
