why do some things get accepted quickly but others take a long time?

I noticed often when submitting things like cast credits, for example, if there are 20 credits, 10 can be accepted almost immediately but the remaining 10 can take upto 2 days before being approved. I usually attached at least a screenshot as "proof" of actor's name, character's name and/or order in the credits. Is there a reason for the difference?
