Why do photo deletions from a title not get listed in update history?
At least one photo added into the movie Stripes (1981) is not from the movie. I submitted it to be deleted but it wasn't and now the submission doesn't even show up in my Update History and I didn't delete it.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0083131/mediaviewer/rm2225554176/
I get that this photo has its appeal but I mean are we really in the back room with the male computer geeks hanging on to a horny fantasy?
I resubmitted the delete and made sure to copy the page:
https://contribute.imdb.com/contribution/240111-025234-049502
which also yields the update ID number 240111-025234-049502.
It isn't the end of the world but maybe you'll just have a good laugh at my naivete.

Image edits are generally not included in the history, but email receipts are sent and there is a beta history page which does include them:
https://contribute.imdb.com/contributions/history
This of course doesn't answer the question about why the image is still there.
