Why do mods refuse to correct profile for CAROL HILLS and CAROL HILL?

This particular profile has bothered me because it has so many problems. It has 3 credits, but all 3 belong to different people. The film Star 80 (1983) has an ending credit for the actress "Carol Hills." But she can't be the same "Carol Hills" credited as "Self" for the 2020 film "Somos Arte" because she looks (at the oldest) 30 years old, meaning she was born about 1990 (at the earliest) - about 7 years after "Star 80" was originally released. I suggested someone create a separate profile for another Carol Hills.
In addition, there's also a credit for the 1960 TV show "The Law and Mr. Jones" for actress "Carol Hill" (not Hills). She looks exactly like the same Carol Hill featured on another profile (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0384107/) - except for the latest credit on her profile (from 1972) and Carol Hill's profile picture, which seem to belong to someone else.
I provided YouTube video links for both "Somos Arte" and "The Law and Mr. Jones" when I submitted the corrections, but the correction was "Declined," further stating "We have been unable to verify your contribution." I submitted more information 2 more times, but the submissions were still "Declined."
Does anyone know what information I need to successfully submit a profile correction?

All the credits of Carol Hill
that were previously scattered between other profiles, are on her name page now:
https://www.imdb.com/name/nm18812342
Concerning one of the mentioned name pages [nm0384107], it was created when the movie Wild Honey was first added to the base many years ago, so that page is devoted to another Carol Hill, a popular glamour model and Las Vegas showgirl. The other credits were added to her page later, I believe, by mistake because the profile photo appeared in 2020s.
