Why declined? It's a fact, not an opinion

Why was my contribution for trivia for this episode declined? It's certainly not an opinion. Watch any episode and you've never seen Hawkeye and Trapper John back down until this episode.

And it's certainly not too long.

Please elaborate what the problem is. Thank you

When General Clayton is having a talk with Hawkeye and Trapper John about them pursuing the issue of reporting the friendly fire incident on the village, General Clayton warns them that they could both be sent to the front line where they would be more exposed to the risk of being killed. At this threat, we see for the first time and probably the only time in the entire series, where Hawkeye and Trapper John actually back down from their position.

I took the so called opinion out in the last sentence as you recommended but it was declined again.

I don't know what this person is seeing but I definitely see absolutely no opinion in any of this and I don't understand what the problem is. Could you clarify?
