Why aren't these cast additions not getting processed?

Every so often, I AM working on standalone proper names as incorrect keywords. Sometimes, this has involved watching documentaries on line to determine if the proper names should appear in the cast listing because of archive footage. Yet, these are not appearing in the cast listings. What am I doing wrong?

With regard to these archive footage/self credits, the submissions were not approved because our editors were unable to verify the information.

I would encourage you to re-submit the archive footage credits, including links to online sources to help verify, for example, a site for the distributor/network that may reference the episode plot or reference the featured individuals.

Our editors will then take another look and can approve once verified.

So... here we go again! Most of these are available on YouTube, or Disney+, or National Geographic. I would send you my SAGAFTRA Awards copy of One Night on Miami, but that is illegal. Watch the movie. The MIke Wallace news clip is early in the film.

There also seems to be an issue that, while the name is accepted at the episode levels, it is not transferred to the series level.

If these kinds of cast additions and corrections are not being accepted (in attempts to clean up proper names as incorrect keywords), why even submit them?

I just reviewed this additional archive footage submission and can see that it was not approved. Do you have any online evidence to help verify that George Bush was featured in the film?

Just circling back on this thread, I can confirm that "George Bush" has since been listed with an 'Archive Footage' credit on this title.
