Why are the Cannes Film Festival awards not listed with the other top awards?

The awards given at the Cannes Film Festival are anticipated and respected awards that have an impact on people's careers and film choices.  I think it should be listed with the the top awards at the top of the page and not hidden in the alphabetical section with all the irrelevant awards.  Is it possible for this to be changed?
