Why are my submissions for voice actors with "Additional Voices" being rejected despite providing evidence?

@VonPunk​ Thank you. I did upload the actors' contracts in each case, and the only actors I've had declined were those who had "Additional Voices" listed in their credits, which led me to think that was the problem. I've updated the original post to clarify and provide the 18-digit numbers.

Sounds reasonable to come to that speculation and maybe it did cause the credits to be declined in error but the staff can say for sure if that was the case.

@VonPunk​ How long does it take for them to respond to something like this, or is there a way to request someone? It's been a few days and I'm eager to get this resolved. Thank you!

@RyanMatejka​ Anywhere from hours to ten days but usually a couple of days, it depends on the workload of the staff that look into the problems on the forum, shouldn't be long.
