Why am I still being rejected for a credit I sent a crew list for and my assistant has her credit for without any proof???????

I don't understand how my second had hers on within a couple of hours with zero evidence and others in our department were also added with zero.  How do you decide who had to go through it and who doesn't?  Sabrina Wilson is also named in the article which ran on IMDB

Well, there is what is explained at https://contribute.imdb.com/charter, and of course, contributors don't know for sure how it really works.

I have read all that and have contributed for years. Just weird when it is the same department on the same show there are differing results. One is on almost immediately with no proof and the others declined severals times. Even if submitted by that same person who was not declined and by my agent.  Now it’s just the point and frustrating.  It is very important for some people to get that credit on. It makes a difference to producers. I have recommended people for jobs and have heard she doesn’t have any experience because they didn’t keep up their IMDB.  When in fact they have 20 years in. It’s the go to reference.

@eboy​ that is sometimes over a year later I have alway put my credit on as soon as the film wraps. My agent puts it sometimes while shooting. It’s always important for your resume and waiting a year can make a difference in getting a job. My friend is putting herself out for department head jobs and having that extra larger film credit makes a difference in her chances 100%. It’s crazy how important to have your credits on IMDB has become.  That is your resume now.
