Who decides on the categories a movie gets tagged as?
The reason why I'm asking is that I strongly feel that e.g. the choices for Booger have negatively impacted its score.
It is, in my not so humble opinion, a drama. And people watching it expecting a horror comedy are likely to be disappointed.

Please see our Genres guidelines for more details on how they're applied to titles on IMDb. As for this title, it has been widely marketed as a comedy-horror across festival releases and sites, therefore confirming its primary genres.
