What's wrong with this Crazy Credit submission? (Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story)

I submitted the following (submission #221004-094004-653000) because I thought it was an interesting and rare example of a disclaimer where the filmmakers admitted a specific departure from reality: Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story (1993) Crazy Credits - Add "This motion picture is inspired by the life of Bruce Lee. For dramatic purposes, many of the events and characters have been created and fictionalized. Although Bruce Lee was involved in a martial arts contest in San Francisco, his opponent did not engage in unfair tactics and Bruce Lee was not injured." I also provided a comment, "See https://youtu.be/XNzMF5AGKAA?t=257 for confirmation." However, this submission was rejected with the following comment: "Does not meet contribution guidelines. Your contribution has been declined. Please review our submission guidelines." If anyone can explain what went wrong here, I'd appreciate it.
