I am still waiting for a response. Obviously it is clearly false, as indicated, that both contributions are "exactly the same." Please, what is happening with some staff members?

Thank you for posting the references! Taking a look, this first submission is still pending processing and will be reviewed accordingly.
Depending on several factors, submissions might take longer to be processed than the estimated time.
As per the second submission, this was rejected as a duplicate as the first submission is still pending processing for the same title and data that you submitted to. We ask to not re-submit data until it has been processed. Once the first submission is processed and depending on the decision, you can then submit a correction if needed or re-submitted.
In the meantime, you can keep a look at our Data Processing Times page to follow the status on both delayed and current data being processed.
