What In The Heck Happened?

Leonard Nimoy appeared in one episode of "Colt .45", "Night of Decision", season 2, episode 13. Yet, on my desktop computer and the mobile app on my phone, Nimoy's photo appears next to the titles of 44 of the 67 episodes of the series! What happened? This is because Colt .45 series has no "poster" images in its gallery, so a "still" image is shown on the series level and it appears for all the episodes which have no images at all. Some fanatic of Star Trek was just unhappy with the previous image [https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0050006/mediaviewer/rm4292706562] and added the new one [https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0050006/mediaviewer/rm2167384578] in September 2025. #251025-063202-179202 includes a change that must solve this problem.
