What happens when I merge my page with a blank IMDb page with my name?

Hi! A director I worked with when I first started acting created a profile for me with my name "Caylin Sams" not realizing I already had a profile with my full stage name "Caylin Brooke Sams." Instead of deleting the page with my name, he just credited me as my full name. Therefore, there is a completely blank profile with my name "Caylin Sams." Now, I am changing my stage name to "Caylin Sams" and want to see what the best option for me would be in this situation. Should I merge the blank "Caylin Sams" page to my "Caylin Brooke Sams?" I'm nervous it will mess things up on my already established page by merging with a blank one. But I don't want to change my name on my page to Caylin Sams and then there's one blank and one real one.
