What does the new rejection reason "Badly Formatted" mean?

I have done hundreds of name merges, all meticulously researched, over the years. I often supply a website as evidence, but I feel there is also an element of trust between us, due to my track record of contributing. However, this week while doing them, I have started to receive this new warning, despite the format not being different to any of the many many others. #240828-195722-822000 #240828-195635-245000
