What criteria must an image meet to have the "Suggest as primary image" option?

The help page says images must be "Poster" type for this option, but that doesn't seem to matter? A poster I submitted doesn't have this option, while some still frames that aren't even the correct format have it.  I don't understand what makes this option appear.

Hello rex_the_fur,

The image that you are providing is from an Episode, for episodes as stated in our Help Article "On episodes a still frame of acceptable quality which best represents the episode's plot or key characters in that episode." is what will be selected as Poster, therefore is the image type is Poster, it won't display the "Suggest as Primary" option. The criteria is explained in the help article above.

Hi, Fran. Thanks for the information, but I don't understand how it applies to the situation at hand. What can be done to make rm3885005825 the the image for tt6240428 which isn't an episode-type title page? The image has a width-to-height ratio suitable for posters of movies and television series. So, what is wrong?

Okay. Never mind. I got confused and now figured out in what way. So, tt6240428 is for an episode, whereas tt1751105 for a series. Furthermore, the image in question rm3885005825 indeed does not have the appropriate width-to-height ratio for episodes, and while it does have the appropriate width-to-height ratio for movies and series, the content isn't movie-poster-style anyway in the sense of posers (and covers) having the title of the work overlaid on a graphic or photograph.
