According to the on-screen titles, the correct attributes and order numbers for the writing credits on Carlito's Way: Rise to Power (2005) should be the following:
- Torres, Edwin (I) .......... (based on the novel "Carlito's Way" by) .......... 1,1,1
- Bregman, Michael ........... (written for the screen by) ...................... 2,1,1

Thank you for reporting and posting the screengrabs for these writing credits! After reviewing, I can confirm that I have now made these credit corrections accordingly and the changes are already live on site for Carlito's Way: Rise to Power (2005).
