Weigthed average of film is incorrect

I am writing you about the Dutch film Narcosis. The average was above an 8, and suddenly the rating dropped to 7,5, while most votes are still above an 8. If we make the calculations based on the amount of votes, the average shoudl be 8.3. Can you explain to me why the average is 7.5?
