Waiting on Profile merge, biography replace and other contributions
Hi there - unsure who to direct this query to (all the emails I receive from IMDB are "do not reply").
I have been waiting for some time (and have had to renew my pro profile for an additional month because of this, despite not wanting to) to receive any kind of update regarding my request to merge profiles (one profile was incorrectly setup for myself (there were two: "Joe Ballesteros II" - https://pro.imdb.com/name/nm13427967/credits - and "Joe Ballesteros III") and update various profile elements including biography and credits.
Who can I speak to for any update on this process?

Thank you for posting the link to your profile! I have taken a look at it and the name merge was already approved, there is no longer a duplicated page for Joe Ballesteros (III). The main page now is the one with the link you posted above.
You can now continue to update your profile and make the contributions that you want to your page.
