Votación con decimales - Voting with decimal

Me gustaría poder votar con decimales en las películas, en momentos pienso que quiero darle un 6 a una película pero más cercano al 7 como por ejemplo 6,8. Debería IMDB cambiar esto

I wish I could vote with decimals in the movies, at times I think I want to give you a 6 to a movie but closer to 7 such as 6.8. IMDB should change this
