View Contribution Status - New Data Types Launched!
We are pleased to announce an update to your contribution experience. As of today, contributors can view the status of more data types than ever before! You will see the new option to “Track your contribution” or“View Contribution Status” where you can view the status of the item and if it has been rejected we will tell you why.
If you are using the mobile apps, mobile website or desktop website you can access this feature via the 'Track your contribution' button, which has been added to the submission email receipt. Additionally, if you are using the desktop website, you can also use the 'Track Contribution' button now found in your Contribution History page.
Clicking on the button or the links will take you to IMDb Contributor, our new contribution specific site where you will be shown the status of your request.
Please note there could be a small discrepancy between the wording ‘Track your Contribution’ and ‘View Contribution Status’ – we are aware of this and are working to eradicate any confusion and mixed messages.
IMDb is passionately committed to providing new ways for our users to engage with our content and we appreciate your continued support of IMDb.
Please see our Help Guide for more information.
Thank you all for your continued submissions and support!

"Plot Outlines" and "Summaries" are also listed. The only recent plot edits I have are part of submissions which also include plot keywords, but they do have tracking links, and the plot edits are listed as approved. So why are they said to be excluded from tracking?
