Video uploaded by third party

Yesterday I discovered that someone had uploaded a trailer for a film I was in to my IMDb account and set it to be my primary video. I have been able to switch back to my reel as my primary video, but I want this video deleted from my account. I also would ike to know how someone managed to place this video on my account and set it as the primary video.
