I have a suggestion to your develop department regarding site Advanced Title Search (https://www.imdb.com/search/title/).

I appreciate so much you consider to implement following options into section "Instant Watch Options" as well:

Standard Definition  [SD]
High Definition [HD]
4K Ultra High Definition [4K UHD]

Just for your guidance, this issue is already fixed in Amazon site Prime Video, which it is very useful for accurate searching.
