Very Featured BG Uncredited Listing Keeps Getting Declined

Hey y'all.

I'm very featured on episode 6 of the new series Cape Fear with Amy Adams and Javier Bardem. 

I even got a name on the Zoom call, "Maryann". I've supported this with evidence as a screenshot, even circling my likeness in the screenshot after being denied a few times, and I still keep getting denied a featured background actress listing on IMDB. I've done this so many times before with other projects and this has never been a continuous issue until trying to add my likeness to the episode directly on Cape Fear. Any suggestions? I just want to be properly listed as my likeness is very clearly used. Here's my latest denied ticket:
