A new submission has to be sent using the online Update Form and include the evidence on it.

See, this is why my feedback on this process is so negative. It shouldn't require anything like this. I updated my original submission as I was told. Now you tell me I have to submit a NEW submission. It should be a simple process with no conflicting info. Last time I had a submission denied, I came here and MAYA accepted the proof and approved my submission. I don't get it. 

Since the contribution was submitted without evidence it is very probable it would be rejected. I encourage you to submit future submissions with evidence that way it will be processed in a one time contribution.

I have found your re submission 260213-083402-792000, it was approved, the changes will be live shortly!
