Variety: "‘Hamilton’ Can’t Win Any Oscars But Has a Shot at the Emmys". Hamilton IS NOT A FEATURE FILM.

Hamilton is not elegible for the Academy Awards because it is not a movie, but it has a shot at the Emmys. What else is IMDb waiting to wipe off this TV SPECIAL from Top 250 and from feature films search? It is not a movie. It is a recording of a live performance. Thanks.

Hamilton is not a movie and shouldn't be on top 250.

Just because a work doesn't meet the nominee inclusion criteria put forth by policy makers of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences doesn't mean that the work isn't a movie.
