copy paste here as a new thread because Michelle decided to ignore it.
Looking at this awful page, the vandal is possibly this user: https://www.imdb.com/user/ur148139482/reviews

Whatever steps she took, she didn't do anything for this user as all of their reviews and vandalised title pages are intact.
(I opened a thread but she can and does ignore threads too after all but let's see anyway)

LOL this is funny, he's on the "blacklisted users" of some wikis: https://soundeffects.fandom.com/wiki/Sound_Effects_Wiki
I found an account of him in Fandom which had more than 36,000 edits, all vandalism like this. Another with thousands of edits.. All banned accounts.
I don't want to see the day where he realizes IMDb is actually the easiest place he can freely vandalize and get away with it for the longest time and start focusing on IMDb instead of fandom wikis.
I had to report this twice after staff purposely ignored it after all and had to post this link 3 times to staff: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0318403/plotsummary
I hope he won't realize how hard it was to report him.
