User Review Poblem

I am having the same problem. Not sure what to do when an external review has been approved but never shows up in the official list of external reviews.  It's been over 7 days since the first submission so I tried to resubmit but get told it is a duplicate and they are still working on it.  I have never had anything take this long before and I don't know who to contact.  Here is the URL for the reviews.  What's strange is the review for "The Woman in the House..." appeared right away but "After Life" and "And Just Like that" have been pending since Feb. 11
