Use the intended English title instead of Hepburn

It is very common on the platform for Japanese titles that clearly originate from English to have a Hepburn romanization that completely distorts the intended name.

Dragon Ball Z becomes "Doragon bôru zetto", Pocket Monsters becomes "Poketto monsutâ", and Digimon becomes "Dejimon". And these are just a few of the most popular titles featuring English words (many of them including a logo with the title romanized exactly as intended).

The idea is that when a title originates in English or has an official romanization (such as the three cases mentioned), that romanization takes precedence over Hepburn.

When titles lack an official romanization, Revised Hepburn is used instead.
