Uploaded pictures on Word of Honor page all deleted

Hi there. All my posts on this page https://www.imdb.com/title/tt12458172/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk were removed almost on the same day after published. There were more than 50 images. The page is seemed to be monopolised by one actor, Zhang Zhehan. Other leads’ images were deleted from the page. Only this page has such a problem. I have added several rounds and they were deleted shortly after published. This is definitely an organised and intentional way of disregarding other leads’ contributions and disrespecting other users’ time and efforts. I have attached some lists of those images being deleted, they are starred in those lists. I hope that users with such behaviours should be banned to prevent abusing the system to satisfy their selfish desires.

@quickwitter​ Hi! I can see most of the images were watermarked, which is against our guidelines, reason why they were deleted. I have reinstated the ones that were not watermarked.

Hi Bethany. I can’t even see the images you restored. Were they deleted again? I have just uploaded 5 with high quality and no watermarks. Why are they not posted or they were deleted soon after posted. Please check the logs of this page. You will see strange activities on uploading and deleting images in high volumes. Does it mean only Zhang Zhehan’s images are allowed on this page? I question the integrity of this programme if it allows certain group to monopolise the page. Please investigate carefully. I am very dissatisfied with the results and the continuous bullying behaviours that happen on this platform.

@quickwitter​ Hi! I reinstated 14 images, found the account deleting them and took steps to avoid them being deleted in the future. Please do not upload any more images against guidelines to avoid this type of issues.

Hi Bethany. Since I have learned about the guidelines, I have not uploaded any image against them. The 14 images you reinstated were deleted again. This is atrocious. Please advise if there is anything else IMDb can do about it.

Can you please reinstate the 14 images? I can’t see any of them. Now more non-Zhang Zhehan’s images uploaded by other users were deleted too. Can you please do something about it. It’s meaningless if the page is monopolised.

Thank you for your support. Unfortunately, I still can’t see those reinstated images. Why? Can you please provide a more permanent solution? I think you are equally frustrated. This is horrifying as it wasted so much of our time.

Those are not true. They are still scenes from the Drama. Those reported only wanted one character to be on this page. They are monopolising the entire page. You can see hundreds of their images uploaded with only one actor. This is manipulation. Please investigate. They report on every image that does not include their favourite actor. Is this fair. I have not reported on any of their images uploaded. I respect every user’s effort but I don’t respect such despicable behaviour.

Hi, I experienced the same issue.   I submitted the below high quality single static image (#240619-161204-423802) with no watermark from the drama Word of Honor today. It was initially approved and published.  However, when I checked the Word of Honor page a while later, I discovered that it was already removed.  Can you please let me know the reason for deletion?

I also observed that the Word of Honor page seem to be monopolized by the fans of one actor who can't even be found in Youku official website of this drama (the production company of this drama).   However, the photos of other actors in this drama had been published and then disappeared.

@hanjian​ Hi! The image contains what seems like a watermark, regarding images in the title in general we have taken more measures to avoid them being deleted, let us know if you notice any more deletions.

@Bethanny​ Hi Bethanny, none of the images I submitted have watermark.  I submitted 11 photos today; they are all of high quality photos but have all been deleted!  They are either screen shots directly from the drama or official posters from the production company Youku. It is very unfair to delete other actors's photos because the fans of one actor want to monopolize the drama page for their idol (the drama page has over a hundred of photos for one particular actor).  

Can you please kindly investigate and review my below submission?  If they are incorrectly deleted, can you please reinstate them? Thanks.

@Bethanny​ Oh my goodness..after I sent you the previous message 4 minutes ago, another photo was deleted as well!  Now, 6 out of the 11 are gone.  I am sure the remaining 5 may eventually be deleted too.  Can you please investigate the reasons why they were removed?   Were they reported by the same user and/or deleted by the same IMDB admin?  

Meanwhile, please kindly reinstate all the deleted photos.  Are there any ways to prevent them from being deleted again?  Thanks.

@Bethanny  Unfortunately, the images that you reinstated many time are gone again. What is going on? I know you have been supportive and prompt is responding. Does IMDb condone such malicious behaviours that undermine other users? I am very disappointed.

Please help to address this with more permanent solutions so that you don’t have to keep reinstating the images.

My one and only image uploaded is deleted again! How can this happen again and again. Why only Jun Gong’s images are deleted? This is outrageous! It is a targeted bullying behaviour. How can IMDb allow this?

Any other users faced the same problems? Any suggestions what could be a permanent solution to stop these kind of uncivilised practices?

@quickwitter​ I share your frustration as I have had the same problem!  Photos reinstated and approved by IMDB admin were deleted without reasons.

@Bethanny​ Hi Bethanny, what about my 11 deleted photos?  Can you please reinstate them as well?  The IMDB internal measures don't seem to be working as our photos were deleted many times after reinstatements.   Is there any more permanent solution?
