Hello I would like to update my IMDB page with the correct name Samuel D. Hayslett. The name that’s in the file is Samuel DB Hayslett, I also would like to add a photo.

If you would like to correct your name on your page, you are welcome to submit a name correction through our online Update form.
You can go to your name page and scroll down to where it says 'Edit page,' you then look for the section call 'Name updates' and then go to 'Name correction.' Once you fill out the information and submit it, our editors will review it.
As per adding a profile photo, if you have already claimed your page, you can add your profile image on your name page through IMDbPro.
